Delete your Questeryng account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Questeryng and go to the Me tab.
2. Tap the Settings gear.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email contact@mechitall.com from the email address on your account (or include your phone number or @username). We'll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, photos, avatar, username and login
• Your birth date, dating preferences, status and settings
• Your location
• Prestige, level, titles and quest log
• Likes, matches and quest applications and requests
• Verification requests and selfies
• Your languages, Tandem preferences and Merchant items
• Waves you sent or received, and the conversation activity of your chats

What happens to shared content

• Posts: your open side quests and the activities you host are cancelled.
• Chats: you're removed from them. Messages you already sent stay visible to the other participants, labeled "Deleted adventurer".
• Groups: you leave all your groups. A group you host passes to another member (and stops being a guild); a group with no members left is deleted.
• Moderation records: reports and moderation records may be kept after deletion to prevent abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy.
